In September 2006, Permira became all3media’s majority shareholder. all3media america a new multi label studio, was launched in January 2013 as the group’s Los Angeles-based production hub. It produces American versions of the group’s non scripted and scripted formats as well as devising new ideas specifically for the US market. It provides a west coast US infrastructure for all3media companies to accelerate their operations in this market. all3media america is already working on the biggest game show ever imagined and the first truly convergent television experience commissioned by a major network in the US, NBC. 2013 sees us celebrating our 10th birthday, acknowledged by our peers as the Number 1 UK “super-indie” (Televisual 2013).
