Assuming that both ads are equally relevant to the keyword, because John bid more the system will display his ad until the spend limit is reached and then begin displaying Frank’s ad. There is also a relevance component to the ad system: Underperforming ads (ads that are clicked on infrequently) may be displayed less often, even if their set bid level is higher than that of a better-performing ad. Continual Crashing

I was excited about this app, but it seems to freeze and crash out frequently. I've been able to look at a few categories and like the explanations presented. Don't know how much this will guide the app selection in our district, but it is nice to get input from other educators. Fix the freezing and crashing to make it a better app. 5/15/2014 - app is slow to load & usually can't get past the intro screen

Good Educator Resource, but Constantly Crashes

This is a good resource for lists of top 5 Apps for various educational levels, further subcategorized by subject and concept. Many great ideas are also shared by others in their own favorite App lists. The continuous crashes are VERY frustrating. I relaunched the App more than 50 times as I browsed the lists to find as many helpful Education Apps that I could. Most people, I believe, would not be so patient and would simply delete the App.
