Not Enough Businesses Rated To Be Useful

Although a couple businesses in very popular cities will pop up with helpful enough reviews, this app barely has enough businesses listed to be remotely helpful. I typed in "cafe" and then a sizable town in North Carolina that has at least two popular cafes (to my knowledge) and I got no results in that town. The application only suggested cafes within 20-30 miles of my location which is frustrating. Better off following the ever biased and convoluted yelp and risking a personal visit to compare rather than wasting time with BBB's app. Bummer.

Technical problem with the app

To start your research using BBB, you have to enter your city, state or province, and/or postal code. But the fields which look like they are designed to take this information don't respond. I need accurate information in a timely manner about a well known merchant in my town who seems to have made an honest mistake about the compatibility between a new, high-tech component made by a nationally known firm, and the new component's failure to synch with the same company's older units that lack the high tech. This is a major problem, because the failure to synch means that purchasers who thought they were getting new, high tech central heating and A/C units that could be added on to older-model compressors that would be super-efficient are instead ending up with perhaps an improved unit as long as the new-tech heat option is used, but the older, low-tech cooling compressor unit now functions worse than it used to and is incapable of cooling the dwelling.

Needs modernization

App is merely the website in app form. Feels outdated. Needs to be optimized for iOS 9 and newer iPhones (6/6s, etc...), 3D Touch, etc. Wish it had more native AND stream-lined searches for businesses and charities. Native login for business/consumer with TouchID. Complaint uploading via app with attachments for photos/documents would be nice. Thanks!

Love so far!!

Just downloaded today, runs smoothly and overall easy to use(also haven't had trouble for download speeds despite the fact that my phone is relatively old). Overall definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Ap does not work

This is not an ap. It is the exact same site as you get on a regular computer and the drop down do not work.
