Publisher: Cult of Pretty - A Cult Beauty Products Blog
  • Key Differentiator
My name is Ann Colville Somma and I do product development and innovation. I got my first job in beauty 8+ years ago and have been in love with beauty trend forecasting, branding, and making great products ever since. (You can see more about me/my career here). When it comes to my own beauty purchases, I wouldn’t describe myself as your typical beauty junkie … When you work in a donut factory, you don’t exactly crave donuts. I look hard to find things I really love (and due to my job, I’m always looking - sometimes in the strangest places - for great product), and I look past hype straight to ingredients and efficacy. Ok, maybe sometimes I just look at how kick ass the packaging is : ) But at the end of the day, I buy and use some of the best stuff out there - and sometimes it costs much less than you’d think. This is my place to share. If you have questions, comments, or want to suggest a product you love, ASK ME ANYTHING! If you’re a beauty brand/PR representative interested in working with me, please be in touch at < ann@holierthannow dot com. >, or my associate editor Kristin can be reached at kristin@holierthannow.com. Cult of Pretty does weekly giveaways, as well as product and backstage coverage. If your product is a good fit for this site (I feel the quality, design and price is right for my readers), let’s work together! I’ve partnered with brands including Victoria’s Secret, Paul Labrecque, Eucerin and many more. Cult of Pretty has a dedicated audience of 375,000+ subscribers via tumblr, RSS, email, and bloglovin’ (June 2013). Speaking engagements (that sounds fancy) … I like getting out from behind this desk - developing presentations, speaking to folks, moderating panels and such. You can see a few examples over on my work site. If you have ideas, email me! I was the author of the trendforecasting blog Holier than Now … if you missed that adventure, you can see my current personal style stuff over on Lady (heyladi.es). This site is built on the Rank & File template by Sleepover with custom work (in process) by me and Pamela Castillo (also of Market Publique fame) - who did me a solid. Privacy & Disclosures I take privacy very seriously! You can access Cult of Pretty and browse the site without disclosing your personal data. Cult of Pretty enables you to communicate with other visitors or to post information to be accessed by myself and others in the comment section via Disqus. When you do so, other visitors may collect the data you choose to include there. I do not share names or email addresses collected in the comment section without consent, and I never sell this information. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you’d like to know if Cult of Pretty has any information about you on record, you can ask by emailing me at ann@holierthannow dot com, and you can request that this information be erased (i.e., your comment can be deleted). All content on Cult of Pretty is created without bias, regardless of sponsor, affiliate, or consulting relationships. Sponsored posts are clearly labeled as such. Otherwise, I do not accept payment for product mentions. I do often receive promotional samples and write about the product, if I like it. FYI, I do not require full size product to review - I often get just enough for a couple of uses. I do have affiliate relationships as follows: Rewardstyle Outside of blogging, I work in the beauty industry. Occasionally, I may mention or recommend the products of my employer because I genuinely think they’re relevant and awesome, but I do not receive compensation for doing so.

Review of Advertising on Cult Of Pretty, they have a Rate Card Cost and Pricing Models of CPM with ad inventory in countries such as Spain, United States, India, United Kingdom. Great at targeting and inventory is accessible in programmatic ad exchanges. Will use them again whenever I am looking for a Managed Service and Self-Service solution of Web Publisher.
