About

Denton Publications, Inc and our sister companies News Market Press and Community Media Group. Denton Publications was founded in Elizabethtown, New York in 1948 by William Denton. Working out of his garage, with a small print shop and family members as his staff, Mr. Denton began the Valley News. Today, from that humble beginning, the company was purchased by the Alexander Family in 1988 and has grown to employ a staff of over 60 dedicated professionals, an 18,000 square foot Elizabethtown printing facility, and branch offices housing our publishing units in Plattsburgh and Ticonderoga producing six targeted free community newspapers in northeastern New York State. Denton also offers an online commercial print store, called the EZ Print Superstore. Everything from business cards to vinyl banners, small quantities to large. High-quality printing, fast turnaround , and amazingly low prices! Denton Publications' sister companies; New Market Press, Inc is our Vermont publishing branch based in Middlebury, Vermont, with two targeted newspapers in northwestern Vermont. Community Media Group, LLC includes two publishing entities Spotlight News in New York’s Capital District and Eagle Newspapers serving Central New York.
