EGC3 Media What started as a spin-off of a college yearbook, Breakaway has evolved into a four-color, glossy feature magazine providing in-depth coverage of college activities. More than 100 students have been part of the magazine staffs earning numerous state and national press awards. The Silhouette, the official student newspaper of Garden City Community College, is entering its 16th year of service to the campus community. The Silhouette serves a campus with more than 2,300 students and more than 300 faculty and staff. Garden City, with a population of 30,000 and an average age of 26, is the largest and fastest growing city in Southwest Kansas. Advertising in the Silhouette is a dependable and cost-effective way to reach this market. GC3 Media is open to submissions from readers. All submissions must be sent to GC3 via a direct message or email submission. All submissions posted on social network pages or mentioning GC3 will be deleted to make room for regular content updates.
