PLEASE fix your app

Not only can I not get an online subscription from my mail sent one, but I can't even open it anymore! I open it and it sits on the menu screen. I can't select anything.

No access for print subscribers

Half the issues cost money for print subscribers when they should be free. No response from customer service.

Can't access digital edition

As of now app gets a 1 star. No matter what I try and do to get digital access as a print subscriber it just brings up a blank white page. So far customer service has been zero help as well.

Despite what the advertising and the FAQ say, the digital access for print subscribers doesn't work. Just an endless loop of signing into your print account that does nothing.

Horrible app with even worse customer support

Purchased via Apple Store. I have tried to no avail to sign in to the magazine. I have contacted the customer support for Popular Photography, the information they have provided is worthless and has failed to sign me in. Please refund my money!
