I am a grad student at the University of Washington, wife to a soldier and mama to two fur babies. I have been blogging here at Freeborboleta since the beginning of 2011. I started this blog after my husband, Lance, and I moved to Washington state on Army’s orders. My goal was to connect with others and meet others MilSpouses. Since its inception this blog has grown and evolved into so much more than I thought possible. In true ‘lifestyle’ blogging style I blog about a lot of everything – design work, books, crafts, share recipes, tutorials and of course, life! I was born and raised in Santiago, Chile, I consider Michigan home and long for the day I can go back to Washington State. I’m a bibliophile through and through and I’m currently working on my Masters of Library and Information Sciences. I’m a freelance web designer over at Freeborboleta Designs where I design and develop custom blogs & websites. I also run an Etsy Shop where I sell premade themes, art prints and more.
