Hi, I’m Antonia. Welcome to my blog! I’m a foodie // a blogger // a “photographer”// runner & triathlete // a student //skincare junkie // Austrian living in England // constantly thirsty // I never get tired of shopping // licking plates and cake pans clean since 1990 I’m not going to lie, when I created this blog in 2011 I didn’t think it would be what it is today. At that time I had just overcome an eating disorder {read more in my original about page} and thought I could blog about health, my workouts and food. However, over the years it has turned into so much more. I quickly realized that I didn’t want to be confronted with my eating disorder every single day, so I focused on creating healthy recipes instead. Over time the recipe have evolved into more indulgent treats like this or this. But I do generally make an effort to eat as healthily as possible. I love photography {especially food photography} and styling food. All of the pictures you see here are my own {unless of course, stated otherwise}. This blog is a reflection of myself. I’m a foodie and nothing makes me happier than creating a big meal for family or friends. Nonetheless, I believe it’s important to stay true to myself and to write about other things which I care about which include workouts and races, traveling or beauty. Although I do my best to focus on positivity and health, I do occasionally write about my eating disorder if a question pops up. Most of the time my life really isn’t that exciting, but on the very odd occasion I might actually do something fun that’s worth sharing with you. Sometimes I’ll write about restaurants or events I’ve attended. On other days, I’ll write about my favorite books. I guess, if I’d have to pin it down, then the best way to describe this site is to say that it’s a food blog with a bit of lifestyle thrown in for good measure. Here’s some more facts about me….
