The worst reading app I've ever encountered

Sort of like healthcare IT, it was probably written like 1990 software. Clunky, doesn't work, and crashes all the time

Can't download

Viewing issues online works fine, but if you try to download an issue the first page is replicated for every page.

Downloaded Issue has Same Pages

I can view an issue online fine, however when I download an issue to my iPad, each page of the issue is a copy of the first page. For instance, the most recent issue is 81 pages- All 81 pages look exactly like the first page of the issue- 81 copies of the same page. Is this a known issue?
