Whether I was working out at a gym lifting free weights, spending time on machines, running a race, going to TRX, Pilates, yoga or aerobic type classes, I’ve always been of the mindset that if you look good, you will feel good. Admittedly, fitness has changed since I first started working out. There are so many more products to choose from when balancing a fit lifestyle that includes fitness, fashion, food, and of course, fun. Kimbentley was born as a creative way to share what I’ve learned and to inspire others to find their way to fitness while expressing their personal style.
