Knitting Factory Entertainment is a creative producer, manager and distributor of universal music content. The Company owns and operates music venues across the country including New York, California, Idaho, Washington, Montana and Nevada: Knitting Factory Presents, its touring division, produces national and international events; Knitting Factory Records along with its partner; Partisan Records, manages recorded music catalogues, releaseing content in all formats as well as music branded DVD's; and Knitting Factory Management, along with partner Figure 8 Media, which handles the careers of emerging and critically acclaimed recording artists both in the U.S. and overseas. The Federal Bar and Bow & Truss are two new additions to KFE's expanding restaurant division. Tentacles also stretch into film and television Managment and production with partner Van Johnson Company.
