Kontera was just acquired by Amobee, so I have no idea how that will affect their offerings, but I worked with them a lot last year and thought they were pretty good. Their mobile interstitials drive so solid performance and their keyword/article targeting is scalable and the clients seemed very comfortable with their tactics and technology. They don't offer much other than keyword, so it's easy to know when to work with them and when not to.
