It was the first magazine to be aimed directly at the label industry and provided label printers with relevant information on trends and technologies, which was often difficult to find in the general printing and packaging media. The international focus was evident from the beginning and in the first couple of years there were subscribers from 20 countries. Today Labels & Labeling is read in 114 countries. Labelsandlabeling.com was launched in 2001 and quickly expanded from an online home for the magazine to the global portal for the label industry.
