Description:

Lectura rápida es una aplicación que permite leer de manera global, no es simplemente leer rápido, es ahorrar espacios de información. La manera tradicional con la que nos enseñaron a leer de manera silábica provoca cansancio y desfragmentación de información lo que provoca que al finalizar un texto parte de la información se ha perdido.

Por ejemplo cuando vemos una película que en promedio dura dos horas, al finalizar recordamos la mayor parte de los diálogos o al escuchar una palabra nos hace recordar todo el contexto, sin embargo, cuando leemos un texto por dos horas se nos dificulta muchísimo recordar, solamente se nos vienen a la mente algunas ideas principales.

Esta aplicación está estructurada en 8 niveles, cada uno con un mayor grado de dificultad, además, es posible configurar la velocidad con la que aparecen las palabras. En el primer nivel se presentan textos que se han extraído de artículos de divulgación científica de la página http://ciencia.unam.mx/ la cual pueden visitar para obtener mayor información.

Los niveles del 2 al 8 indican la cantidad de palabras que se muestran por cada transición, la intención es que una vez dominado el primer nivel en el que se presenta de una palabra por transición el lector sea capaz de leer como flashcards tomando lo que se presenta como imagen y no como texto.
