I would like to introduce myself as owner of the Agency Modelzwerge and inform about the career as well as the motivation of the company.

From my education as a graduate agricultural economist, I first started in a rather dry environment, but then, after the birth of my daughter, moved into the marketing and Internet area of ​​a medium-sized company in Halle / Saale. I worked there over 8 years, when the idea of ​​a children's model agency was born.
The trigger was the constant search for new children's faces, which should authentically illustrate the company's member newspaper and the web presence as well as appear in commercials. After the children of the employees had already been in action, the big question stood - and now? Where to get new faces, how to find talent?
At the time, only a few children's model agencies were found on the Internet, and none in East Germany. The other agencies acted mostly locally limited, so we could only offer children from distant regions, which was due to the high traveling costs not question.
Another motivator was the assumption that other companies in the city were similar and that children's faces could be asked.

In 2004, the concrete plan for the founding of a pure children's model agency was established, which was then implemented in 2005. A pleasant side effect was that my then 10-year-old daughter was also the first model of the agency and quickly received orders.

After the agency Modelzwerge was located on a regional basis and on the Internet was good, increasingly requests from other cities / federal states came to us. For this reason the agency expanded the radius of action bit by bit, so that it could act nationwide. The Büroraum in Halle orphaned, as neither parents nor companies, which acted more than a few kilometers away, were willing to take the trip + costs. To this end, the Internet offered enough possibilities to be able to process the process online.
After a family-oriented change of place to Hannover, I decided to work as a pure online agency.
This has proven to be a right decision, so that today we are one of the largest children's model agencies in Germany.

Due to the increasing number of regular customers and the wide range of different types of children, we receive almost daily bookings, which can also be served.

As the mother of a daughter and a daughter-in-law, the security of our model dwarves is particularly important to me. For this reason, we carefully check every booking inquiry in advance, do not always give private individuals the right to be present at every shooting.
In case of doubt, we look forward to the application of our children. Only in this way can you remain a serious and long-term success.
