Agreement: mrockstar.com, an upcoming social networking website, is operated by mRockstar. In consideration of becoming a member of mRockstar, you must accept these terms during the pre-registration process. mRockstar reserves the right to modify these terms or the binding contract between mRockstar and its users from time to time. Modifications will apply prospectively only. With your continuous access of the website after the modifications, you agree to be bound by the terms, whether you are a visitor or a member. You are authorized to use mRockstar only if you agree to abide by these terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you must not continue with your further registration process. General Terms: These terms shall remain in full effect while you are a member of mRockstar. You are responsible for the use of mRockstar services, and its consequences. The services that we provide may change from time to time, or stop at any time, without prior notice to you. You can not terminate your membership at the time, for any reason. If you wish to not to use mRockstar services, you must not continue with your further registration process during our launch, or in 30 days after the launch, in order to terminate your membership. We reserve the rights to terminate your membership, restrict your membership, or reassign your membership, with or without prior notice, at any time, for any or no reason, without liability, if we determine that you have violated this Agreement. Even after membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. Privacy: Through your use of our services, you permit us to collect and use any of the information that you provide. We opt to receive genuine information from you. Information that we collect upon pre-registration includes your username, email address and password. Some of this information, as username, is meant to be listed globally on mRockstar. The information that you submit in our form will not be disclosed, except that if we believe, it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request, to protect the safety of any person, or to address fraud. You agree not to disclose your private information linked with mRockstar to any third party. We are not responsible for the disclosure of your personal information from your side. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any such disclosure. Eligibility: Anyone can join mRockstar in its pre-phase, as an individual; music individual, group, band or label; or company or brand, as a non-verified user. No age restrictions are currently held on mRockstar. Sponsors and advertisers: mRockstar services may include sponsors and advertisers that are featured as custom banners and links. We are not responsible for any relationship or transaction between you and our sponsors or advertisers. The content presented to you as a part of the services, may be protected by intellectual property rights which are owned by the sponsors and advertisers. You, as our sponsor, are directly bounded to Fiverr's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any financial relationship between you, PayPal and/or Fiverr.
