I've ran several campaigns with quantcast and definitely recommend them if you have a measurable goal that occurs online. Unfortunately, our business is set up in such a way that we have no control over the inventory of our product (Tourism Marketing Organization - Hotel Rooms), so it makes less sense at present, but we are working on ways to utilize their technology to get around this. If I were at an ecommerce company, I would pick them above most.

I ran a campaign with Quantcast in 2013 and it outperformed all my other ad networks by a measurable margin. It also provided some great analytics (was in the Enterprise SaaS space, lead gen for a Trial campaign).
