Fun when it works

So many times I've tried to use one of the emojis in a conversation only to pull up the keyboard and it just sit there and spin and spin and never load a thing except my recently used emojis, which mind you are from a while back. It works when I'm not trying to use it and doesn't when I have a good one in mind. Really wish this would be resolved, as my other keyboards don't act up like this. Ever.

Core Foundation Framework
Core Foundation is a framework that provides fundamental software services useful to application services, application environments, and to applications themselves. Core Location Framework
