We are now semi-retired, and live full time in one of our vacation properties, but still operate another. Sunset Beach Bliss is a 3-bed/2-bath Golf Retreat Villa in the peaceful community of Sunset Village, on the 24-hole Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club. Beech Mountain Bliss is an Alpine Chalet condo with spectacular views. Close to Beech Mountain Resort, we're minutes from skiing, snowboarding, sledding, tubing, ice skating, hiking, mountain biking, golf. We operated this as a vacation rental property for more than 6 years, before making it our year round home.
