You’ve come to the right place! Editor Contact – woody@rockcrawler.com RockCrawler.com Brian ‘woody’ Swearingen 3825 E. Calumet Street Suite 400-177 Appleton, WI 54915 Press Release Email – pr@rockcrawler.com Interested in Advertising/Supporting? – advertise@rockcrawler.com Contributing Photographers Joel Moranton www.moranton.com Additional info: RockCrawler.com is largely a one-man show. Michael Cohn started RockCrawler.com in the late 90′s as a monthly online publication, covering events, project trucks, new releases and product reviews. He decided to make some life changes in 2009 and put RockCrawler.com up for sale…the timing was right for me to delve into another project. I started out as a clueless noobie back in 1989…purchased a 1977 FJ40 Land Cruiser, a Haynes manual and a set of wrenches. No idea how to change oil, much less anything else. My first project was a hydraulic slave cylinder, changed on my snowy driveway about 4 blocks off Lake Superior in Ashland WI…of course, it was January of 1990. The rest, as they say, is history. I started my online writing around 1996, posting info to the old ORML and later to the LCML. Those spawned my other site, IH8MUD.com… founded in 2000, and one of the larger online offroad forums (boasting over 7,000,000 posts). I’ve got a wide ranging background, and currently have a small fleet of offroad rigs, including a 2012 Kawasaki Teryx4, a 2009 Polaris RZR, a 2008 Ram 3500 DRW, a 1996 FZJ80 Land Cruiser, a 1995 HZJ75 Land Cruiser and a handful of 1977-earlier FJ40 Land Cruisers. I’m continually revamping RockCrawler.com, hoping to bring the site back to the great vision Mike started so many years ago!
