Reservations must be made at least one week prior to when you want the banner to run and can be made as far out as six months. Once approved, graphics and payments MUST BE RECEIVED at least 5 days prior to the first day your banner/button is set to run. Links can be sent up to 1 day prior, for those who are featuring new releases. GW staff reserve the right to approve/reject all graphics submitted for consideration. Graphics (to include any book covers featured) must be professional looking. We do not censor. The only reasons for rejection are 1- poor quality graphic or 2- timeframe requested is already booked up. Erotica welcome.
