Ryersonian.ca is the news website edited and produced by final-year undergraduate and graduate journalism students at Ryerson University.

It features all the content from the weekly campus newspaper, The Ryersonian, and distributes news and online multimedia, including liveblogs, video newscasts from RyersonianTV.

Ryersonian.ca also provides videos, images, and other interactive material in partnership with the School of Journalism.

The Ryersonian is the weekly newspaper produced by students in their final year of the program.

The students who work on the paper do it all — reporting, writing, editing and layout. They welcome input from their colleagues in the School of Journalism — students from all years and streams, particularly third-year print. Please drop by the newsroom (RCC-105) to pitch your story ideas to the editors.

Students can also volunteer to take pictures for The Ryersonian and will be provided with a camera.

Students produce newscasts several times a week, bringing viewers the most up-to-date stories from near and far: as near as our own campus, and from as far away as the other side of the world. The newscast is produced, written, reported and lined up by undergraduate and graduate students in their final year of study.

    Ryerson’s School of Journalism has produced The Ryersonian for more than 66 years. Currently it’s published and distributed 24 times a year on Wednesday mornings during the fall and winter academic terms running from September to May. The Ryersonian is published weekly on Wednesdays and distributed throughout the Ryerson campus. Ad bookings are due at noon on Friday before publication. Copy and artwork are due by noon on Monday before publication.
