The newsletter features a scan of the latest articles of interest to higher education professionals who do planning. Topics included but are not limited to academic planning, budget and resource planning, facilities planning, and strategic planning. It also features deadlines and other notifications about SCUP events and products. Subscribers include 17,000 higher education planners (5,000 SCUP members and 12,000 nonmember customers). Options, Rates, Issue Dates & Deadlines Planning for Higher Education Journal Planning for Higher Education is SCUP’s peer-reviewed, professional journal, where leaders in higher education planning publish thoughtful analysis of their experiences and insights into planning trends and more! Articles are published on a weekly basis and a compilation of articles is published quarterly. Published online. The journal page is one of the top 10 most visited page on the SCUP website! The preliminary program is online and offers visibility as soon as you reserve an advertising space. Email messages and a link to the program will be sent to more than 15,000 higher education leaders. The onsite final program and conference schedule include advertising opportunities that appear online and are distributed at the conference. The printed guide is mailed to each new member, and available at regional conferences and the annual, international conference. A PDF is available online to everyone. Exhibit Booth Reserve a 10 'x 10', 10' x 20', or 20' x 20' booth! They are furnished with carpeting, two chairs, six-foot draped table, wastebasket, ID sign, three-foot high sidewalls and eight-foot high back wall. Take Five! Kiosk Send us your 5-minute PowerPoint presentation or video that showcase your services. This can be a single project, five projects at one institution or several, or five lab, library, athletic, housing, landscape, etc. projects. Learn This! Give a 30-minute how-to presentation on topics such as how to create an RFP, create a survey, grant writing tips, how to organize a groundbreaking ceremony, project photography, etc. Interactive Displays or Models Reserve one or four corners of a 20' x 20' area to set up displays or models where attendees can walk up and move pieces around on a campus such as buildings, landscape, athletic facilities, etc. Make Your Point Reserve one of six five-minute time slots to present a project, lessons learned, new tips, or ideas in this fast-paced, 30-minute time slot. Vendor Presentation Share your knowledge using case studies or projects as evidence of your success. The intent of these sessions is educational, and not a promotion for your firm.
