It was founded in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, in the summer of 1998 on the principle that too much contemporary outdoor writing gives away all the answers to people who never learned what the questions were. Today it includes emerging voices right alongside tried and true veteran craftsmen and women. The Drake is distributed throughout the nation, and is expanding into other regions of North America, but contains good writing about anywhere in the world. The Drake Magazine is not an instructional publication - it is for your reading and viewing enjoyment. Digital subscription?

I have just the digital subscription or what I thought was the subscription. The summer magazine is out yet I have yet to have access to it. Great magazine but don't bother with this app unless you want to read it a month late. If this changes I'll change my rating.

love the mag but

LOVE the magazine and these guys do great work BUT dont expect to get your digital copy before or even the same time your fly shop has their phisical copies. I hope this changes soon or I will have to cancel my subscription.. this quarter was better than last only a couple days behind.
