The Line, Issue Media Group's (IMG) publication devoted to Minneapolis and St. Paul, launched in 2010 to celebrate the new Green Line light rail that would soon connect the two cities. Since its inception, The Line has fulfilled a unique niche in the Twin Cities by unearthing and telling stories of new neighborhoods, communities and initiatives surrounding the development of 21st century transit. With the Green Line connecting Minneapolis and St. Paul as of June 2014, 2015 marks a purposeful shift for The Line.
The Line now embraces an even broader and deeper perspective in coverage. Under the leadership of Editor Camille LeFevre, a long-time Twin Cities journalist, The Line now additionally covers public art and placemaking, technology startups, entrepreneurial initiatives, city building, community partnerships that develop and grow communities from within, farm-to-table initiatives, development and architecture, and even MSP's unique identity.
