Hey everyone! My name is Candace Massari, and I am the founder of The Oregon Coupon Guide. I used to be a full-time employee while putting myself through college, and my biggest frustration was making my budget work. When my friend Mayra told me a story about a recent shopping trip and how much she saved, I was all ears. I started couponing in May of 2011, and although I’m no expert or coupon pro, I’ve learned enough to help me save a significant amount, as well as teach couponing to friends and family. Now over 3 years later, I’m an Oregon State college grad with a degree in Business Management, and work full-time at my dream job, posting and writing about deals! I still love hunting down freebies online and finding moneymaker deals in the grocery stores, so you’ll still see me around in the wee hours of the morning, as well as on the weekends. My goal for this blog is to reach as many people as possible that are struggling to learn the ins and outs of couponing, and to help them save as much as I have.
