The next chapter for Trainline is to broaden its services and to offer those to a wider range of travelers. Integrating beyond advanced purchase and beyond rail, Trainline will be a “travel buddy” in the traveler’s pocket/bag, dynamically supporting them towards a personalized door-to-door journey experience which may include buses, taxis or other ground transport, for one-time trips or regular journeys (season tickets), and for both domestic trips or travel across international borders.

In March 2015 Trainline partnered with KKR to further accelerate its growth by focusing on four major opportunities:

• Driving the rollout and take up of e-ticketing
