The story of today’s Chattanooga Times Free Press is almost 135 years old. We share a common heritage with the New York Times, but our news coverage has a distinct local flavor. We are the evolution of three newspapers that have been brought together to provide Chattanooga, North Georgia and Southeast Tennessee with the latest news from around the region and around the globe.
