The Tri-City Herald is the Voice of the Mid-Columbia and the daily newspaper for southeastern Washington state.

The Tri-City Herald's roots are in the weekly Pasco Herald. It became a daily newspaper in 1947. In the 1970s, founder Glenn Lee sold the newspaper to the McClatchy family. Today, McClatchy is one of the nation's largest newspaper companies, yet the Tri-City Herald remains fiercely local and independent.

Good little app

Layout and use ability are good, but the ads get in the way. I would prefer to see the ads inline line a normal newspaper.

Lousy app

The TCH has set a new low in its foray into its attempt at being on the cutting edge of technology. Too many ads too many meaninglessness stories. Reminds me of my high school paper.

Tr-City herald

This format is horrible. Why did you have to change it? It was nice when you had the option to read it like a newspaper, then you were able to read all of the paper, not what is picked for highlights. Also since I paid for this ap, why are there ads along the bottom for other aps? I would have rated this a 0 but it will not let you. This was a good ap, now it's just up enjoyable. I will not renew it, if it stays like this
