    I’m Kelly and I’d like to welcome you to my vegetarian food blog! This site is documenting my journey of learning to cook, in hopes that it also helps inspire you to try something new and possibly make it a little less intimidating for you to get in the kitchen. You’ll find mostly healthy (and sometimes decadent) vegetarian recipes as well as tips and tricks I learn along the way. Growing up I much preferred baking (particularly cookies), my left-brain enjoying the fact that if I measured correctly and followed instructions it would turn out as planned. On the other hand, my right-brained mom always preferred cooking and hates following instructions (i.e. recipes), and while that drives me crazy I still admire her for being able to throw seemingly random ingredients and spices together to make something that tastes good. She would always say “It’s just trial and error.” So, that’s how Trial and Eater was eventually born. WHERE TO START New here?
