I'm Francielle Nogueira, a training ad, passionate about dogs, food and restaurants. This blog is the result of a lot of dedication and love for cooking. It all started when I moved to the United States in 2012. I decided to create a blog because I was tired of switching recipes individually with my friends on social networks. My husband suggested that I create a blog to share all this passion for cooking. I did not have a camera to take pictures of the recipes, but I borrowed them from friends. It was all very homely, but after a few months, my friends suggested that I record a video. My shyness made it take months before I finally filmed the first recipe. A few months after this video, I decided to publish it regularly. Over time, I bought a camera and started making small investments. That's when I created vaicomeroque.net (today, vaicomeroque.com.br) I found that for me, the best thing in the world is to see the expression of those who taste good food. My recipes are inspired by American and Brazilian cuisine. But I also like to taste flavors from other parts of the world, so I share a lot of international dishes. I believe that food is one of the most powerful forms of expression and it is through it that I communicate with the world and show a little of who I am.
