    Hiiiii. I’m Kylie and welcome to Yeah…immaeatthat. Having a food blog is quite possibly the best thing ever. You get to think about food all day long. On this blog I try to make healthy eating something to look forward to. With a small amount of creativity, healthy food is oh so crave-able. One of my favorite things is looking at food pictures. Not to make food or eat food…I just love looking at food pictures. I spend most days wanting to live in the pages of Bon Appetit magazine. I also think the most interesting thing is seeing how people eat, which is why I share a weekly series called “What I ate this week.” Pretty self-explanatory on what I talk about there. During the early days of this blog I went through a gluten-free and lactose-intolerant phase. I don’t need to be either one of those things. But it’s sure fun to feel trendy (…I kid). Glad that’s over. I try to find a happy balance between meals out and vegetable-rich meals at home. But sometimes there are days where you feel like the world will collapse if you have to cook dinner, ya know? Those days are why restaurants were invented. I love eating out. I worked in the kitchen of a restaurant once and had to quit because it ruined the magic of eating out for me. I know I want a career that’s intertwined with food. A career that is outside of a restaurant kitchen but is still seriously involved with the creative process of eating. This blog is the beginning of that. Right now I’m a dietetic intern & MPH candidate set to graduate in May 2015. I live in Houston, TX with my smokin-hot husband, cuddly puppy and perpetually full sink of dirty dishes.
