The people who work at these parking lots have very bad people skills I rented 3 times all 3 times I had bad customer service!

Terrible

If I’ll be honest zip cars are always damaged always smell like smoke and dirty! And they tend to leave the cars like that. Also they have all these hidden fees and will stick a toll or ticket on you when you know you haven’t gotten a ticket or went through a toll it’s never the price upfront they but there’s always additional fees they really run up your money and then when you call say “unfortunately I can’t help you but I can give you an hour of credit” zip needs to work and having their cars cleaned or at least offering up use the gas card to getting it cleaned the windshields be hard to look through because they are foggy the floors be filled with garbage and the cup holders and the areas around it are sticky. I recommend zip needs personnel who check up on these cars ! Not wait for a customer to complain and waste our time we paid for on customer service turning to get the car switched out

Great app

It’s a great idea very convenient. But the app can be faulty. It’ll log you out while your using the app and it show cars that are unavailable

Tons of error messages, customer support is not helpful enough

I’ve had error message after error message in almost every booking I’ve made. Every time I call customer support, they have no idea why this platform error is happening and they book the car for me. The problems persist when I try to extend a reservation and now when I try to end a trip. Customer support is closed after 11PM eastern, which makes is difficult to get help for late night trips on the west coast. This has been happening on my personal account and company account, and everyone at work has these same issues. What I want to know is: why is there never a solution???

Worst car rentals ever

Zipcar has a history of not having cars at the location/ cars coming in late, and the wait times on the customer service line are horrible. Everytime I had something important the car wasn’t there at the location, better have used an Uber instead. Might never use this again!!!
