Consistently over-priced and poorly serviced. They are one of the more expensive partners I've had on my plans but I am ALWAYS having issues. My favorite was calling me the day before our fiscal ended on a quick two week campaign and notifying me of $30k underdelivery with a "oops" and "I have another meeting I need to be in". I actually had them consistently upping costs on my input sheets as a way to sneak in additional funds as well. On top of that, they were one of the lowest performing partners on a brand lift study which, combined with stewardship of our buys, resulting in them being cut from our plans for the forseeable future.
