Mobile Gaming User Acquisition
Here is a summary of my experience: I've spent 2 months actively trying to get these guys to get one Campaign to work, but encountered issues with their Dashboard. They did not respond to Tech Support tickets, but they responded to my Tweets and asked me to email them. They redirected my email to at least 4 different individuals until they figured out who should be responsible to handle my case. That resulted in a suggestion that did not work and my following emails were ignored. I Tweeted again only to be directed to their email once more. I got the same chain of redirection and eventually someone saying they will be working out their problems internally. Meanwhile, the Campaign I completely filled 2 months ago sits here waiting for them to work our their internal issues after I exhausted so much of my energy with nothing to show for it.
