I choose to give 3 stars instead of 2 because of their reps. MM has always been extremely responsive with quality responses. However, their direct response solutions and targeting has not expanded as much as I would have thought with the JumpTap acquisition. The stock price and somewhat consistent layoffs/restructuring has to be somewhat of a concern...

I've worked with them for almost 3 years and they've consistently delivered from both a customer service and performance standpoint. They are flexible from a creative standpoint, offering resizes or designs as added value.
