I've ran several campaigns with quantcast and definitely recommend them if you have a measurable goal that occurs online. Unfortunately, our business is set up in such a way that we have no control over the inventory of our product (Tourism Marketing Organization - Hotel Rooms), so it makes less sense at present, but we are working on ways to utilize their technology to get around this. If I were at an ecommerce company, I would pick them above most.
