$2 CPM for standard RON - $15 CPM for Pre-roll video
TapAd, They have a really cool product and basically invented cross-screen. They have a lot of data partnerships and can scale well. Their performance is sometimes lower than average though, but they are definitely worth a test. Their tem is really great, they are super responsive and provide great reports and insights.
