I worked extensively with Turn at my previous agency. Their customer service was top-notch, UI was user-friendly and provided a great repository of data, and their performance was strong. The only issue we had is that after several months, performance seemed to plateau and they had difficulty driving unique visitors to the site. Other than that, I recommend working with Turn.

Easily one of the best platforms I've ever used. Right up there with MediaMath and some others. Data is great and the the reach is fantastic. I do think they could still use an awful lot of work on the mobile side. Who knows? Maybe they just have it just to have it.
