Hi, I am Dave and I love juicing and healthy lifestyle.

When I was a kid, fruits and vegetables weren’t something I was very excited about. I was much more passionate about eating meatballs with spaghetti than I was about a salad of any kind :). I wasn’t eating healthy and that affected my health and my appearance.

Eight years ago I decided to change my eating habits. I read and researched a lot. Vegetables and fruits became the stars of my diet. That not only had an effect on my daily meals, my health and my looks but also on my entire lifestyle. I suddenly become more energetic, I needed fewer sleep hours each day and I felt a positive boost in almost every aspect of my life.

Few years after I made this major diet change, I discovered juicing. This discovery only enhanced my new passion for fruits and vegetables. Juicing was for me an unfamiliar and delicious way to get more vitamins, minerals and antioxidants into my body. I think that if I experienced juicing earlier in life, it would be much easier for me to make the transformation to healthy habits.
