    Welcome to Bakepedia, The Baker’s Resource ® Here at Bakepedia we love everything having to do with baking and desserts. We intend to build the premier baking and dessert resource on the web featuring original and curated recipes, an ever-expanding multimedia encyclopedia and a social network. Our motto is “Helping Bakers Succeed,” so whether you are a beginner just branching out from boxed brownies or an expert looking for more inspiration, we want to welcome you to our community. We want to present an engaging atmosphere that fosters interaction amongst users as well as with our editorial staff and visiting baking professionals. The site is beta at present. We have much more functionality planned that will be unveiled over the coming months, bit by bit, so look for changes. That said, we would truly like to hear from you and value your input. In addition, she has collaborated with former White House Pastry Chef Roland Mesnier on Dessert University and with Daniel Leader on Local Breads, which won an IACP award.
