Fraudulent Traffic
Bots, bots and more bots. Also, your account gets deactivated for no reason whatsoever - you get this message "Account has been set as inactive, please contact your account manager", but good luck with that. I'm amazed that they've stuck around this long. Also, there's no way to have your ads deliver at specific times, and you have to sit for hours blacklisting spammy publishers. Avoid.

Where to start? Their contextual mapping is horrendous and couldn't get me anywhere near my target audience. The contextual placement for nearly all of my campaigns were in wildly irrelevant publishers. You need a Managed Account (which I wound up getting) in order to blacklist all of the spam sites, but that won't stop the massive bot traffic and overall ad fraud with these guys. Generally speaking, they provide the garbage inventory of the programmatic world. If your clients use MOAT or another validation tool you should proceed with caution.
