I'm Keely, a.k.a. the Un Mom. Which is sort of a misnomer, as I am a mom. (I've been called out on that before.) But this blog is for things that are un-mom-like, such as comics, art, awkward mental conversations, wine, questionable judgement, my awesome job that only took me 20 years to find, roller derby, possibly more wine, maybe the occasional shopping spree, and how to prepare for the upcoming Zombie Apocalypse. Or whatever else I'm thinking about at the time. Don't fence me in, man. Semi-mom-related things turn up here every once in a while. Like my dysfunctional hormones and my ongoing quest to find a doctor/naturopath/voodoo priest who will tell me what the hell is wrong with me, so I can either have another baby or start looking forward to an empty nest. And my occasional tirade against the obscene amount of toxic chemicals in our food and beauty products (even our wine). Sometimes I think those two things might be related. I'm an imperfect, unmedicated, slightly unhinged Canadian derby girl who draws comics and swears more than she should.
