Our project is intended primarily for those who are called "zarobitchane" in Ukraine, our fellow citizens who have already left to work abroad or are only thinking about trying their luck abroad and making money for a decent life for themselves and their families.

The project has been operating since April 2009 under the aegis of the charity fund "New Traditions".

We have the largest base of employment agencies abroad of Ukraine, Russia, Poland and other countries!

Abroad, over 1.5 million Ukrainians are currently working according to official data, but real figures are much larger - from 5 to 7 million, almost 20% of the working-age population of the country. A lot of people are interested in employment abroad, because they are not only desperate to find decent work in their homeland, but are also ready to work by anyone to provide their families with a normal existence. The current economic and political situation in Ukraine does not allow us to hope for quick and happy changes and more and more Ukrainians make a decision not just to leave for work abroad, but to remain there for good.

Going abroad, many labor migrants have no idea what they can expect away from their homeland, and are helpless in difficult situations. Not knowing their rights and the laws of a completely foreign country, they are in absolute dependence on the employer and are forced to work for pennies, especially if they work illegally.

In Ukraine, there is no special service that deals with the problems of labor migrants, provided information and provided the necessary support. Unconvinced citizens, trying to find work abroad, fall into the hands of scammers who promise them golden mountains, at worst - into the hands of traffickers who earn huge money from this since slave-owning times. In the traps that they set out, there are many seekers of a better life. The State Migration Service, established in 2009, deals with quite different problems: it issues citizenship, issues passports, gives the status of "refugees", catches illegal immigrants on the territory of Ukraine, but does not deal with the problems of their own labor migrants. The law "On external labor migration" has not been adopted and is still being considered in the parliament.

Our project is intended to tell potential "zarobitchans" about the complexities and subtleties of employment abroad, its advantages, risks and ways of self-defense.

-Assistance in the legal employment of our citizens abroad;
-Prevention of social emigration;
-Information and psychological support when returning to their homeland.
