    Zombie Gamer Online manifested as a result of my frustration with the game industry’s “public relations”. The often biased reporting and game reviews some popular game media outlets feed to the gaming public rubbed me the wrong way and when the opportunity appeared for me to voice my opinion on a small podcast with friends, I was overjoyed. In the beginning, I enjoyed talking about games every week, but as the episodes passed, my likes and dislikes were questioned, not from genuine curiosity, but because my opinion wasn’t in line with bigger sites’ .
