Worst App

Pathetic experience with them there app have glitch of picking phone numbers by itself and these people dont even correct it after mailing them 100000 times instead they put false acclamation that customer have put wrong details by itself . Worst experience they need to work on there app glitches

Didn’t Deliver on Time ~ Carelessness

I highly recommend NOT to order any medicine from 1mg. It is the worst ever app with worst ever delivery partners. I ordered medicines 5 days ago. Still the medicines not yet delivered. In app also it is unable to track accurately. They are extending the estimate delivery as their wish. WORST. Carelessness about the customers. They are not thinking about the product (life saving medicines) they are delivering. Timing is very important and it is the major drawback. Not satisfied in the first order itself. If you order a medicine for whoever is sick, it will reach you once the patient is dead. FAKE: Same day delivery.

Pathetic excuse for an organisation

I wish I could give them zero stars I submitted my samples to them on the 30th of may and the day the reports were due I receive a call from the lab saying that there has been an issue and that I will have to submit my samples again.I submitted my sample the following day it’s been 6 days since and I still haven’t received my reports this was an expensive blood test and I have no idea what they have done with my samples and there is no trace of my reports please save urself guys from this fraudulent organisation and don’t give them ur hard earned money

Less quantity of product delivered even after making full payment.

I had ordered 4 jars of 1 kg whey protein of healthkart brand and had made full online payment of the value of 4 jars but only 1 jar was delivered and the whereabouts of the rest of the 3 jars are not known even to the company. When I contacted the customer support on the app, the are just giving time after time and not giving any solution to my concern. It seems that the company has no control over its vendors. I think that I have lost my hard earned money.

The app makers should rot in hell. Its been more than 2 hrs since i have ordered a product and their app shows we will get back to you within 30 minutes to let you know whether the order has been accepted or not

Poor Experience

I don’t have good experience with 1 mg. I’ve Ordered from them twice, first time my balance is showing with you as you could not send one item. Second time wrong parcel came to our place and our original could not come. Still I keep getting notifications to order more.
