Lame

The app and the website are not connected. So what you save on the site using your PC wont show up on the phone app and vice versa. In fact when using the app you'll have regretter again.

Good but needs work

Works pretty good for checking out homes via list or on a map. Save function does not work, so have a piece of paper handy to write down info.

Great resource for home buyers

This is a great app to search for homes for sale. You can search by varios categories such as price, bedrooms, etc. So far I've only tried it in my own neighborhood and it is quite easy. Have yet to try to search for home for sale in different area. They need to update the mapping system.

Core Location Framework

You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
Foundation Framework

Launch Services
