Such a bad app

I can’t understand how a big company like ASUS can release something as poor as this app. Functionality is completely broken between updates, it doesn’t show all routers, app is slow and unresponsive, often freezes, they haven’t figured out time zones and summer/winter time changes, parental controls only give you 1 hour windows for example you can’t cut off internet at 8.30, only at 8.00 or 9.00, when you make a setting change it’s a delay before it’s deployed, sometimes you need to restart router for it to take effect. Do better ASUS!

Useful info

I’m using ASUS router 1 year ago now I face issue there no service center near me. only 1 service centre for whole Mumbai region which also not under ASUS . So don’t buy ASUS products if you want avoid such bad customer care limited Serivce provider. Even customer care is not working properly. This app also working very bad way. It humble suggestions think before buy ASUS products.

Offline devices are still not deleted in v1.0.0.6.32

Offline devices that are deleted manually in v1.0.0.6.32 just reappear again. This happens for both “Clean offline items” and “Delete all”. It just DOES NOT WORK. Router type: RT-AC66U with firmware 3.0.0.4.382_52287. This has been an issue forever - please fix it for once and for all. Why have these options if they don’t work? Test them properly!!
