SYMPTOM CHECKER & LIVE CHAT
The Babylon symptom checker has the ability to recognise what might be COVID-19 symptoms and suggest possible next steps. Use the live chat feature to ask questions and receive answers from a member of our team, straight from your phone.

GET A CARE PLAN
After you have received information about your symptoms, the COVID-19 Care Assistant will provide you with a Care Plan based on the latest guidance. Get daily notifications to track your symptoms, including your temperature, information for the 14-day isolation and general tips for your physical and mental wellbeing.

SPEAK TO BABYLON
The COVID-19 Care Assistant allows you to have a video consultation with a clinician via your smartphone, possibly saving you a trip to the hospital. After you enter your symptoms into the symptom checker, it will indicate possible next steps. If you believe you need to speak to a healthcare professional, you can book a video consultation. This can all be done within the app - simply download.

Game changer

This app has literally changed my life. I no longer have to wait until 8am to call a GP, wait on hold, get a call back to book appt, go and wait to see the consultant and then go fill a script. I do it all from the comfort of my home! To top it off the one-one experience is more consistent and higher quality than what I would see at the nhs GP practice. This app will literally change your life. Kudos Babylon. GAME CHANGER!!

Professional, caring, efficient

My first visit with babylon was fantastic! Dr Damji was so professional and caring and answers all my questions. She referred me to a specialist and was able to explain exactly what was happening to me! I will be sure to use this service again. Thank you Dr Damji and babylon!

Awesome service, mediocre app

The service was fantastic, really quick and easy. However, their mobile app would not allow me to book an appointment. I had to do so online then do a video call with the app. That worked great.

Great way to see the doctor

Great efficient service, booked an appt for exactly when I was available, stayed at home and able to speak with a doctor on great video quality. This is Theo not way going forward to see a doctor.
